Hamden Tree Plantings


Aris organized an interactive education session at the Peck Elementary School in Hamden, Connecticut. Students were engaged in a brief learning session about trees and the role they play in our environment, followed by a participatory planting of shade trees. Building a sense of ownership, the students were provided an active part in the "greening" of their community. The work creates a legacy that students can return to visualize the impact they have on their world.
