Elm City College Preparatory School, February 2017

Improvement plans for the private charter middle school have been approved by the

town of Hamden. Construction for the improvements is scheduled for this summer

in preparation for the 2017/2018 school year.



The SONO Pearl, a luxury apartment complex in South Norwalk is completed.

The 66 unit complex features include the Roof-Top Terrace, Zen Garden, exterior fountains

and a vibrant, context sensitive site exterior designed by Aris Land Studio. November 2016.



Aris Land Studio is selected to design Baron's South in Westport, October 2016

Baron's South is a 23 acre hilly, heavily wooded property containing Westport Senior Center

and Golden Shadows, the former home of Baron Walter von Langendorff and his wife.
