The Preserve at Milford, Connecticut,
Aris Land Studio worked with design team and biologists to provide 342 housing units and open spaces, while preserving over 40 acres of wetland habitat and public trails. Apartments are within walkable / biking distance to Milford Train Station. February 2018

The 66 unit complex features include the Roof-Top Terrace, Zen Garden, exterior fountains

Baron's South is a 23 acre hilly, heavily wooded property containing Westport Senior Center
and Golden Shadows, the former home of Baron Walter von Langendorff and his wife.
